About the Founder: Stephen Dunnigan

Stephen has over 25 years experience delivering integrated solutions realizing tangible bottom line rewards while utilizing right balance of processes, data, resources, and technologies.  He started in SNET (AT&T) in operations management with a strong focus on customer facing process optimization and new product developments.

Worked at Philips Medical Systems in North America as head of Information Technology, developing global customer support initiatives, ERP, CRM, supply chain, business intelligence, e-commerce, on-line training, outsourcing, and laying the foundation for growth and acquisitions, adhering to strict healthcare regulations.

Progressed to corporate Philips Electronics in the Netherlands as Global Director of Business Management Support as an executive business relationship manager to further develop IT governance , succession planning, quality reviews, program management, shared services, vendor agreements, and acquisition assimilation to ensure measurable ROI with over $1 billion dollars of IT investments across all divisions.    

Served as Vice President of Information Technology North America at Neopost, and implemented IT Shared Services and customer relationship management processes, data, technology, and change management across acquired companies in North America.

Stephen is a certified PMP, trained as Six Sigma Black Belt.  He has program and project managed many enterprise solutions which have included strategy, processes, data, business intelligence, change management, utilizing such technology solutions as: SAP, Oracle, Siebel, Salesforce.com

He has consulted and advised from start-ups through global medical device companies and top-tier consulting firm in the areas of business development, product development, technology review and deployment, and vendor negotiations.

Stephen is an adjunct professor and former Executive in Residence at the University of New Haven teaching EMBA Information Systems Management, focusing on the latest trends in leveraging information & technology, and has taught graduate marketing courses.
